Gateway Not Working

Our gateway modem started acting up last night and by this morning there was no connection whatsoever.  Blinking orange and green.  Tried to reset through the app but couldn't be done.  I unplugged everything and tried to do a reset that way.  Still no WiFi.  Also noticed last night Netflix was interrupted and had to restart the contour cable box multiple times.  Is there anything simple or is it tech call time.

Also wanted to report that when I hit the guide button on the contour remote, it asks me to restart the box.  When I do that, it goes through the setup but then comes up with "sorry there seems to be some trouble" with error code RDK-03004

This issue has been solved.  It was a faulty Contour cable box.  The little cable boxes were working on other TVs in the house.  We unplugged the contour box and replaced with the little cable box and the cable worked.  I restarted the setting up process for the new Gateway.  Within less than 5 minutes I had a white light and all devices are connected to WiFi
