frequent Cox internet outages

Question

Frequent Cox internet outages recently.  Already several times this morning.  Called technical support one week ago, a technician came home and checked cables inside and outside house, I also changed a new modem, but after that, more frequent internet outages, can recover after 10-20 minutes, but very inconvenient because my child takes virtual class at home.

I am having a similar problem.  Technician came to the  house a week ago and changed splitters.  Modem drops once an hour usually between 10am and 2pm then generally works fine with a few execptions.
