Email trouble

I am no longer receiving emails of any type, and before, the emails I received that contained graphics (photos...) would not show any graphics at all. How do I reset so I can receive emails and full graphics?

Hi David, go to www.cox.com and log in with your user ID and password. Click on the envelope icon to access your email. You should see old emails in your Inbox. When was the last email received? -Becky, Cox Support Forums Moderator
