cox wifi app and other apps not working on android devices

 so we moved into new construction home, moved my cox service to new address, kept the panorama router, Since new home serviced bu fiber, had new modem/ONT device installed.

Now on allour android devices apps dont work, cox wifi app takes forever to load  if at all.

2 tech visits, new router and still same issues some apps wont work. WHile the only iphone in the  house works just fine
