Cox IMAP Microsoft Outlook Outlook.com

I have been having problems with Cox's IMAP service.  When using Outlook.com or Office 365, adding the Cox email account to the external accounts setting.  Emails being deleted are not being deleted from the server when the account is added as an IMAP account.

The issue, email account on Cox server is running out of space.
