He said how is Cox Services we just did recently and looks like he knows since I am using Cox Internet Connection.today 6:35 PM on 05-27-2022 Arizona MST Time]

Please take a necessary action such kind of call what makes your Loyal Cox Customer Scary situation otherwise we need to Stop using Cox Services.

I doubt it's an employee at Cox.  Scammers can fake (spoof) their caller ID info to impersonate someone or something else.  This number may be a legitimate Cox telephone number but it's also a well-documented scam and the last of a dying breed since this scammer continues to use the same telephone number.
