Becky, is there any news on what Cox is going to do in regards to the "Click to cancel" ruling by the FTC? See article here. I have asked several times and Cox has been silent.

Hi WMO, this is what I’ve been able to find out. The Click to Cancel rule is currently scheduled to go into effect May 14, 2025.  Cox will comply with applicable federal laws.

When you cancel your services please take your equipment so that they can check it back into our inventory.

That's great news! Thank you for coming forward and announcing this. I was really afraid Cox was forcing you to be silent. Can you point to any official Cox documentation on this change?

You can't cancel online. You have to call  800-234-3993 as per here.

When we cancel do we just drop off the equipment at the nearest Cox store or will someone come to get it?
