Baton Rouge outages

I have moved around the country a lot and never seen an ISP with this many outages.  You can cite storms/bad weather all you want but this never happened in other places with frequent storms like Hawaii and Florida.  Just shameful service.

Sir to be honest my family and I are already discussing going starlink or AT&T Internet air.  Yeah it’s slower but these weekly to sometimes daily outages that persist across this area are a nuisance.  Just don’t believe Cox will invest enough in a small area like this to improve the service.  For now we sticking around but if it keeps affecting work I’ll have no choice.
