Constantly having unplanned outage

I’ve been experiencing repeated unplanned outages in the Northern Virginia area. My service has gone down on Saturday, Sunday, Monday, and again today. Since I work from home, these frequent outages are significantly disrupting my work. I’d appreciate an explanation of what’s causing these recurring interruptions and when I can expect a more reliable service.

i am in Arizona and my outages are the same days as yours and currently (July 4th) service is still not restored & Cox has not provided any updates today
