Constantly having unplanned outage
I’ve been experiencing repeated unplanned outages in the Northern Virginia area. My service has gone down on Saturday, Sunday, Monday, and again today. Since I work from home, these frequent outages are significantly disrupting my work. I’d appreciate an explanation of what’s causing these recurring interruptions and when I can expect a more reliable service.

My internet been out since 7/2 5:12pm and still out now because of an outage

i am in Arizona and my outages are the same days as yours and currently (July 4th) service is still not restored & Cox has not provided any updates today

i’m in the exact same boat Even though I don’t work from home I would still like To have an Answer other than they are working on lines. I hope they are upgrading their equipment

supposedly they’re doing work on my neighborhood. I do not think they care, I’m getting very with cox.
