403 Forbidden

Super frustrating: whenever I try to check my email, I get this "403 Forbidden" line on the page.  I have no idea why, when I've signed in as usual.  The only thing I can think of is that I haven't checked this account in several months, but I don't see why that should be a reason for 'forbidding' me from seeing my own emails!

It sounds like the email account may have gone inactive due to inactivity. You can follow these steps to reactivate it www.cox.com/.../reactivating-an-inactive-cox-email-account.html
