Hi, James. There aren't any reported issues in your area, and I just checked a test unit near you and the audio on the SF-NO game was in English, but that's a familiar problem. It's generally caused when the TV accidentally has SAP (secondary audio programming) turned on. SAP is used for 'alternative' audio channels on TV programming, most often Spanish or other foreign-language audio, but some TV stations may play Descriptive Audio for the blind, may play silence on the secondary, or may copy the primary audio to the secondary so you don't notice a problem on that station.

Normally, to disable SAP on your television, you will have a single button on your remote labeled 'SAP', 'MTS', or 'audio', but you may need to consult your television's owner's manual for more information.
