Xbox Live Lag

Did my best tracking the locations, but I had issues on hop 21 and 22. Almost looks like it goes through the UK, but I don't see how that can be possible. The main issue seems to happen hop 3 and 4, which is between Macon and Atlanta. I think the cause of this is congestion. A secondary issue is between hop 7 through 14, delay is up to 25ms with a high degree of jitter. Ignore hop 4 and 5, which I think is just ICMP deprioritization. These are just my opinions bases on sketchy geolocation data, so take it with a grain of salt.
