Outage for two weeks

We live in Omaha. This is the worst Internet service. I’ve had in my entire life and that is saying something. Two weeks with dropped or spotty connections affect the Internet and TV. Inexcusable. Worst customer service I’ve ever had. Beware and do not switch.
