Will all North Carolina Men's Basketball Games be Pay Per View in 2014 (this year)?

It appears that Cox has decided to run three pay per view channels offering the North Carolina Men's Basketball game today, against Notre Dame, but no regular broadcast channel showing of this game.

They did this during the last game (Atlanta) as well.

Given two games, back to back, are pay per view, my question is, will this be the case for all games this year?

Because competitors (Verizon, DirectTV) offer these games as part of their regular broadcast package, I am dissatisfied with Cox service in this regard. And I feel cheated.

Please let me know which UNC Men's Basketball games will be pay per view this year.

Thanks,

Mr. Dissatisfied.

What "broadcast" channel is showing the NC/Notre Dame game? My info says it was on the ACC Network, which is part of Raycom Sports, and is often offered as PPV.
