Why isn't EpixHD supported by Cox though the Xbox 360
Cox supports both ESPN3 and HBOtoGo on the XBox360, but still does not support EpixHD on the XBox360. Is there a reason for the lack of support for devices with this service?

Content providers charge carriers like ourselves a fee in order to provide access to these services to our customers using devices such as the xbox for example. I'll certainly be sure to pass you request along to the department that handles those.
