Why is my Countour app in Avaiable Out of home only setting the filters have been cleared ?

I cannot stream using the cox countour app on either my pc or my ipad becasue it is stuck in Out of Home mode for some reason. I have used this before. My iphone works without issue . What gives ?

Have you removed the app and reinstalled it?  We can verify the IP address also to make sure you're showing the correct one.  Go to www.whatismyip.com and email us the IP address information with a link to this post at cox.help@cox.com.
