Why am I not getting the TCM channel?
Question in the subject line. I have the Advanced TV package and under channel lineups, every package gets TCM. So why am I not getting TCM? When I tune to the channel, it says to call customer service.
What's going on?

If you subscribe to the Advance TV package, TCM is included. Have you tried resetting your receiver? First, you want to check to ensure that all of your connections are finger tight as possible at the receiver as well as the outlet. Then unplug the power to the receiver for 2 minutes and then reconnect it. Allow the box about 3-5 mins to fully load. I recommend trying this to see if this helps. I do have the Advance TV package and one of the contour DVR boxes. I have reset my receiver and same message still pops up saying to call customer service.
Is there anyway you can just turn this channel on for me? I'm pretty sure it isn't my problem.
