where can I find "sent" mail
I can find the "sent" file button but when I open it there are only 3 or 4 really old messages. Nothing that I have sent recently. Where can I find the messages I am sending out now.

it is an option under preferences to turn on save a copy of sent messages in the sent folder.

One thing I would also ask is what email client are you using to send email or are you going to our webmail site? Mike007's suggestion will work if you're experiencing the issue when using our webmail system.
