Webpage Address
Just recently switched to Cox Premium from a 1.5mbps Century Link connection. Received this email from Cox, but the link that is supposed to take me to my Cox generated webpage, just takes me to My Account. Any ideas?

Thanks for reaching out to us through the Cox Forums! I'm sorry that your personalized webpage isn't active any longer. I believe what may have happened is that when you first set up your Cox User ID, you chose a privacy setting to opt-out of emails from Cox (except for bill notices and other emails required by federal law).
All of the account tools included on the personalized webpage are also available at http://www.cox.com/myconnection/home.cox. Once you enter your User ID and password and sign in, put your cursor over the "My Account" menu at the top of the page to see all of the menu options. If you'd like a direct link to WebMail, use http://webmail.cox.net.
