Webmail problem on 2 Macs
When using Webmail running on Safari the delete key does not work on my desk iMac. It works in all other applications. The delete key works OK on my Mac laptop. Cox suggested cleaning the keyboard. Have any Mac users experienced this problem?

Cleaning the keyboard? Did you tell us it was working in other applications? If so, can you please send your service address and forum username to CoxHelp@Cox.com so if you talked to someone in my building I can go bop them on the head?
Seriously, though, I wasn't able to duplicate this with Enhanced Webmail or with the plain or enhanced editor in Classic Webmail on our test Mac, so I can only give you hypothetical answers.
First generic fix, obviously, is rebooting. The electronic equivalent of "walk it off!" But if you haven't tried it, might as well.
Second generic fix is clearing temp files, Safari menu->Empty cache or Safari menu->Reset Safari.
Did the delete key previously delete properly on this same computer? If so, it may be some recent update that caused the problem.
