voice mail
Recently all of my unanswered calls go directly to voice mail instead of to my answering machine. How to I get it to go to my answering machine instead?

Good morning,
To have your answering machine pick up the calls you would need to disable the voice mail feature. You can do so in the phone tools section on our website once you sign in. Here is a link with the steps.
