When I try to access my Webmail it tries to upsell me High Speed Internet, but I already have High Speed Internet. And I've not had any problem until today.

Why do we need to accept a new offer? Can't we just click a "no thanks" button and get to our email instead?

HERE WE GO AGAIN !! COME ON COX. WE HAVE BEEN HAVNG ISSUES WTH OUR SERVICE EVER SINCE THE FIRST MELTDOWN COX HAD A FEW WEEKS AGO. WHICH I BELIEVE IS MOSTLY A SECURITY ISSUE. THE SECURITY ALERT IS GOING UP ON A REGULAR BASIS NOW. TODAY THE COX SECURITY ALERT IS POPPING UP EVERY TIME I TRY AND LOG ON..BTW CAN'T LOG ON !!!
We are in VA too...have you noticed their security suite popping up? We have and it's on and off...Cox needs to be upfront, what's really going on...
There are no message on my webpage when I try and log in !!! Here is the alert poppng up as I type thIs !!!
"COX ALERT GET HELP NOW CALL COX". PC HEALTH CHECK !!!

I'm having the same issue as you all are. However, I am able to access my Cox webmail via mail2web.com. Just enter your email address and password, and you'll receive the email--no registration for this website necessary!

You're not alone Larry.. Did you notice that you can't "chat" to anyone about the problem! I sent an email about 3 hours ago...nothing has changed...

What is this? Where's my friggin' email? Why in God's name am I going to increase services with Cox if I can't trust them to honor the service I'm signed up for???
