Upgraded to premier but no change in speeds

Hi, 

I upgraded to premier service but there is no change in speed. I have Motorola SB6141 modem.

I did see the forum post with the same title answered by ChrisL who solved the issue.. 

Unfortunately, that post is closed so I am asking the question again.

I called technical support and they switched the service to Premier D3. Thank you.
