Ultimate package not seeing over 190mbps with sb6183 modem
Hi i have the ultimate package and im not seeing any speeds over 190mbps. im on a wired connection and ive even tried plugging directly into the modem and i still see the same speeds. after reading other post it seems like an easy fix. Ive attached screenshots as well.

I'm using the SB6190 modem and I'm getting between 75 and ~170mbps sometimes less on Cox's speed test. I think I'm suppose to be getting between 200 and 300mbps in my area. I'm attaching my results. I too have tried a Ethernet direct connection to my PC. Thanks!

I just chatted with online support and they said my speed was set for 165, which explains my speed tests. They made an adjustment and now I'm getting between 200 and 250 download test results. Very pleased!
