TV CHANNELS MISSING

The signal levels to your equpiment are looking very poor from this end which may be a factor.  If you have any extra splitters you could remove that may help.  I would also check all your connections to ensure they're hand tight then try disconnecting and reconnecting power to the box and see if that helps.  If you're still having problems it may be necessary to schedule a service call to troubleshoot further.
