Hello,
Seriously, with all the technology we have and all the hacks that are available, it really seems unbelievable that there is no know way to transfer emails/folders etc. I have been with Cox for about 20 yrs and really need an easier way to get this done... Thanks!

Not sure if it would work, since none of my webmail has folders, but would connecting via IMAP maybe work to download the folders in webmail?
If not, then KvH1 idea's may be the only way. If you do try that, I suggest marking the subject line with the folder them came from, so you can just use a rule with your new email provider to put them in correct folders in their system.
