When I try to email people with cox.net email addresses, I get an error code IPBL0010. My own internet service provider has no clue what this is. When I went to the link provided in the error message, it says that 'The sending IP is listed in the Return Path DNSBL.' Any help would be appreciated.

According to Cox Post Master, error code IPBL0010 is "The sending IP is listed in the Return Path DNSBL"
You can go here to find out what your sending IP is. Then search for that IP in DSNBL's data base here.
You can also check your IP for other blacklists on Mxtoolbox.
One easy fix might just be to change your IP. Is that possible with your ISP?
