This discussion forum is a total joke!!

I posted a thread, asking how to get these ridiculous people to respond to issues that I am having, and it seems as though everyone gets the standard.. "oh, we are so sorry that you are having these problems.. please email us at Cox.com and we will be happy to assist you with your problems.. Then, they LOCK the feed and write it off as "problem solved."  Guess what???? My problem is not solved, I did what you asked and I still have gotten no response, and from what I am reading on here, many people are fed up with you morons.... Why don't you actually try something new??? Actually attempt to solve customer problems by calling them back and addressing their specific concerns... UVERSE is looking better and better and a whole lot cheaper!!!
