Temporarily Off Air????

Question

I have been having persistent problems (like 1 year) with Temp off air or severe pixelization with channels above 13.  This is a secondary TV so I've just put up with it.  Today I had to go to a Cox store for another issue, so grabbed the box for this TV thinking I'd just swap it out for a new one.  Bottom line is the new box hasn't fixed the problem.  In fact, at this moment it is worse.  Maybe this has been a signal strength all along.  Is my next best step to get a tech out here to check it out?

One of the boxes when I check from this end is a complete non-responder.  If the 3200 is the one you're having issues with I'd say it's more likely to be a signal issue at this point.  Having a technician come out to troubleshoot further probably would be a good next step.
