View TV packages

I have spent an enormus amount time in chat sessions and with supposed tech personnel trying to access tv packages on the website. Am I the only one that can't find tv packages on the website? I have explained until I am at the point of losing my religon. Everything the spectrum support has suggested does not allow me to look at tv prices and selections, all they want to do is offer me a bundle. If anyone out there can help resolve this obvious bug in the spectrum system, please let me know.
