TCM and COX
I recently have had an issue getting a "shockwave flash crashed" message when I try logging in to my COX account on the TCM.com website to watch movies there.
I have never had a problem until recently....the past week.
I only find one plugin for shockwave.
I can be on the TCM website and all is fine until I try logging in to my COX account in order to access TCM movies online.
I have maybe an interrelated problem in that I am unable to access any TCM movies on my COX on demqnd programming.
Help
This is so frustrating as I basically watch just TCM and demand TCM movies.....or I watch TCM online but have now been unable to for a week.

Works for me, so doesnt seem to be a website. I did notice Flash asked for permission after choosing my provider, maybe thats the step that is being blocked or some how crashing the plug in.
Try running a Flash test and a Shockwave test.

What OS and browser are you using. Are you on the most current version of Flash? First thing to try is clearing the browser cache and cookies.
To display Flash version in Chrome of Firefox enter "about:plugins" (no quotes) into the address box. Scroll down until you find the flash entry. Current version is 15.0.0.223.
