I've been having this problem off and on for about a year now, but the past couple of days it's been especially bad. I will lose internet for about a minute every 20-30 minutes, doesn't seem to matter what time of day it is. I replaced the modem a few months after the problem started, as Cox chat said my modem was faulty. The new modem (Linksys CM3008) did not resolve the problem, it's doing the same thing. Others on the forum mentioned removing any splitters or anything, but the modem has always been directly connected from the outside wall to the inside outlet. I replaced the connectors on each end which also did not fix the problem.
I'm at a loss at this point to what could be causing the problem. The connection isn't ever stable enough for online gaming or even Netflix.
Here are some screenshots of my modem status:

You have a major impedence around 36 MHz...your modem is outputting a higher power output at that frequency dBmV...likely to overcome an impedance at that QAM. This is causing the modem to timeout, resulting in T3s. Check all your connections, make sure everything is tight, Make sure you didn't get a piece of braiding wrapped around the center conductor shorting the signal out when you put new fittings on or that non of your connections is sucked out.
After doing all this and if the transmits for that frequency doesn't drop 10dB, its time for a service call to further investigate where that impedence is. That is def your issue

Thanks for the screenshots of the modem log. There's definitely some timeouts happening and this is contributing to your ongoing problem. I'd like to get a better look at the modem. Please send an email with your full address to: cox.help@cox.com. Please note in the email header that this is regarding a forums post.
