Support broken since UI change.
Creating this thread to track the broken support article I am finding since the recent change about a week ago. I will edit as I find more. Tried in both chrome and IE. The link makes it look like the article, but when you click on it, the actual information is missing.

Google search results. Second one from the top. This is just one example. When ever someone has a issue here, one of the first thing I do is Google it. I think Cox changed databases again for it's support system with the UI change so everything that runs of the old system is just a empty shell of a database entry. I should have alot more examples in a couple days, I just wanted to start a thread so I would have somewhere to post them as I came across them.
