Suggestions for Cox Contour UI

As other people have state I would like to see the list of recorded shows in DVR list have the ability to be sorted alphabetically.  It also used to be easier to turn closed captioning on and off because when you hit Settings once it brought up a list of things you could toggle on and off. Now you actually have to dig into the full settings screen just to turn closed captioning on and off.
