Stopped a purchased movie, need to resume but it wants to start from beginning

And yes, I selected resume but it still wants to start from beginning.

Hi LenandJoan,

If it's not starting from where you left off, you can hit fast forward and the the right arrow over. This will move you up 15 minutes in the program. Are you having this problem on all purchases or only certain ones?
