hi;

who do i get faster internet service? do i need to call tech solutions? how do i get all the tv channels i am paying for? do i need a new converter box? how much does that cost?

The signals being reported back by the modem are extremely poor and I suspect that is also the case for your TVs if you're having trouble with picture or tuning channels.  If there are any splitters on the cable lines you can try removing that might help.  Otherwise I'd suggest arranging for a technician to come out and troubleshoot further
