I am paying for internet Cox high speed preferred which should be 50Mbps and I'm getting speed 15Mpbs, yet I'm paying $65 per month closer to Internet Premier speeds. What is going on, plus the internet and my phone went down several times last week. Service is getting more expensive and slower.

as I posted in response to your other post, susie ... what modem/router or gateway do you have? how are you testing ... WiFi or wired to the modem? what are you using to test your speed, Cox speedtest or another site?
