Speed is 32 Mb/s !
Hi,
I have recently upgraded to a Cisco DPC3010 modem, and I am still getting maximum 32 Mb/s !
I have tried wireless, wired and directly wired to the modem connections and unfortunately can't get any faster than 32
I would appreciate your help.

Sounds like the service code on your account, and thus the configuration file on the modem, is wrong. Hopefully a moderator will help soon.
