Sound issues with contour?
hi, just got cox installed about 2 weeks ago, beginning to think I made a mistake, the sound is horrible,
i can stream Netflix and the sound is fine, so I know it's not the TV.
i also tried all the troubleshooting online and unfortunately tried the directions on setting volume control to audio device on remote, dint know how to undo that :(
this us was the second box the installer tried so maybe here is a sound issue,.
Im beginning to regret switching to Cox

Cheryl, what box do you have and how is audio connected? HDMI, digital audio like TOSLINK, analog audio (white & red RCA plugs), etc?
