some devices do not recognize wifi

Some of my devices recognize and connect properly to wifi.  Specifically, I have connected my iPhone 6plus and a Roku device.   Other devices do not see my network - my wife's iPhone 4S, a Samsung Blu Ray player and a Canon printer.  Any ideas?  Thanks.

Hi zeke2175, when you connect a device to your home network you may need to restart the router. Have you tried that yet?

What model router or gateway do you have? Have you configured it a certain way or is it default?
