slow down
I seem to have times during the day especially around 4 - 7 pm that my internet slows down. How can I fix this problem. It's like it goes on dial up all of a sudden.

From this end all seems OK with the modem itself. Can you try testing a wired connection during this time and see if it experiences the same issues?
