Settings to correct distortion of email broadcasts
I send out an email broadcast using Awebber Communications to church members. When the email is opened in Cox or Windows Live Mail there are problems with the view of the message. In Cox the text is distorted and smashed together and does not display the photos in the broadcast. In Windows Live the text is fine but no photos. Sent to Gmail accounts it comes out perfect. Where do I go and how can I change settings so my messages show properly and with photos?

Hi Road Toad,
The email software that you are using must be using a format that Windows Live Mail is not able to translate that's why you are getting the characters and distorted text. You may want to contact their support to see if there are any settings that you can change like a plain text format that would work across the board.
