Is there currently a service outage in Tucson, AZ?
Despite resetting the router/modem, I have had no internet connection for hours and have been unable to access the "My Account" section of the website as well. It keeps saying "We are experiencing difficulties. Please try again later."
Are these issues related?
Thanks in advance! :-)

I haven't heard of anything official yet, but the thread before yours mentioned a outage..but then again this is a national forum, so that could be anywhere.
However, I have been having a weird issue with webmail tonight. It will sign me out for inactivity (which is normal) but then won't let me sign back in, repeating the same "You have been signed out for inactivty" message over and over. Only way I can log back in is to delete the cookie for the site, and force a reload of the page. This has been replicated with 2 browsers, and 2 PC, same network. I was just able to sign into "My Account" though, so I can't replicate that part. I am also East Coast, so take that with a grain of salt.
With that said..I don't fully understand. How can you be without internet AND be having a hard time logging into the site? Did one happen, then the other? Or are you trying to login from a cell phone or something?

That leads me to believe the infrastructure is down, as I have had the same issues with email.
Coincidentally, I work for an Internet-based company so I am used to seeing down-time in online systems but thought the combination of no connection and the website errors strange.
I am using my phone to use the forum.
I found a website that allows people to report when their internet/cable/etc. are down, and five reports had been received about Cox internet being down in Tucson.

Good to know. Mind sharing the site? I have a couple I use for crowd source support, but its mostly for .com's like Facebook or Twitter.
