Rewinding live tv
It seems like contour doesnt rewind live tv without first pausing or setting dvr? Then you can only rewind to the point that you set it? Sometimes I leave the room and want to rewind all the way back but can't? I want my old rig back!,

Can you verify the model of your cable box? Also, are you having this occur on all your TVs or just one?

I'm having the same problem. On the secondary box, it errors out on the first try of pausing, then it will pause. On the main box, I can't rewind live tv at all, unless it's paused, then it's only to where I paused.

Hi Trabucomom,
I apologize for the delay of this response! With your description of what happens when you try to pause the secondary (client) receiver, it sounds like there may be a communication issue between the main DVR (host) receiver and the client box. Has Technical Support investigated this for you?
