Red LED on Tuning Adapter
What would an occasional flash of the red LED on the Motorola Tuning Adapter indicate? Text on the box says Messages.

I apologize for the delay. Are you receiving this blinking red or amber light and message after the initial activation?

This is on a tuning adapter that has been activated for a while. The amber light is on solid, and I occasionally notice the red LED come on for a second or so.
