Recover Deleted DVR Programs "Countour"
Hello,
In this day of advanced technology - why on earth isn't there an option with "contour" to retrieve recently deleted programs?? Have you ever noticed how close the "Delete" & "Save" buttons are on the remote? Pretty easy for someone to accidentally fat finger the "Delete" button and lose something very important to them - like when my son made it on ESPN. Very frustrated... Why isn't there storage somewhere that stores recently deleted programs for a certain # of days or space...
Can anyone help me get this program back?? Deleted it last night 6/19...

I can understand your frustration with not being able to bring back your deleted recordings. There isn't a way to bring back the recordings with the Contour service. However I will get this information over to our engineering team. Thank you for the suggestions.

Get a TiVo and a CableCARD and Tuning Adapter from Cox instead, and you can do that. Recover Recently Deleted programs.
