recording 4 channels of SDV at once

I am wanting  to buy a Ceton cable card tuner. I have a Motorola tuning adapter If I wanted to could I record 4 SDV channels at once with this tuning adapter.

I have confirmed that you will need two tuning adapters to record 4 channels at once.

How much will cox charge me for a 2nd tuning adapter? I only need 1 card since the card will do 4 channels at once. I am in Arkansas.
