Randomly disconnected, a lot.
My internet connection has constantly and randomly disconnected throughout the duration of my internet service with Cox. The disconnection happens on average about 2-5 times a day, and lasts anywhere between 20 seconds and 12 minutes. So far Cox has not fixed the problem. And they did not show up at the service appointment I set up with them. (They did not even call to let me know they would not make it.) My logs are below.

Not sure what happened with the service call but I do see one scheduled now. The warning events won't have much impact on the connections however the T3 events could indicate an upstream power/noise issue of some kind. If the technician scheduled to come out isn't able to identify the cause of that definitely let us know.
