Question about Contour OnDemand and recordings

Hello again. I was wondering if anyone has been able to record an OnDemand program to DVD player or VCR with their Contour box. I used to be able to record OnDemand stuff on my old Scientific whatever cable box. I assume this is an issue with DRM / copy protection but curious if others are able to record and it is just a set up on my side So far I have been able to record stuff from regular channels with no issues. Thanks
