Primary User login not provideing Primary User Access

Question

I'm logging in as primary user and not getting primary user access. I cant view my bill, etc.   What up with that?  Who is in charge of the Web Site/ Back End.  This web site/online service is bad... very bad.  Dont you folks test things before implementing them? You'll should start looking for another line of work - cause your not doing a good job at this one.

I am also having a problem with the site.  I can log in, but I don't have access to anything, which means I can't pay my bill.  I'm so annoyed right now!
